Roasting

As we source our beans from across the different regions, they must all be individually tailored in their roasting process to bring out the best flavours. Beans from different regions require different techniques – the minute details in the weather can affect a roast. Our highly trained expert roasters delicately monitor and control the air temperature and humidity to ensure only the best tasting roasts every time, all the time.

Blending

Each region has its own distinct flavour and aroma profiles:

Latin America contributes lively acidity and spiciness; African Coffee adds hints of fruit and floral overtones, and Indonesian coffees lend their flavours of earthy nuttiness. These full-bodied blends complement each flavours together to create the best tasting blend.

Cupping

Coffee Cupping, or coffee tasting, is the meticulous art of observing the intricacies of flavour and aromas of coffee. Cupping can be done by anyone but to consistently ensure only the best tasting coffee, our team of professional “Master Tasters” rigorously taste and perfect each cup of coffee.
